Business coaching

Delivering on your performances contract is crucial today for all senior executives. GKA is one of South Africa's leading business partitions with an outstanding reputation in coaching executives to deliver exceptional results via one on one coaching interventions and also via team coaching to grow their leadership skills to lead effectively (most executives normally get very little guidance, understanding and support from parties inside their organisation).

For the past 14 years, we have developed probably the best team coaching programmes available in the industry and have an exceptional track record in improving executive team performance. This ensures that post deal leadership is integrated and a common value is established.

This is done by means of a combination of 'one–on–one' coaching meetings with every member of the EXCO plus team coaching (typically, we will meet with every member of the executive team on the first day and the whole executive team on the second day).

A typical team coaching intervention lasts 10 months and without fail it has improved turnover, profit or the other core deliverables of the executive team.

Where the 'one–on–one' coaching is conducted, it is a softer-embracing process; team coaching is much harder – it is a more direct intervention and requires exceptional coaching facilitation skills to manage emotions and to get the team to pull in the same direction.
